TIME SHEET MANAGEMENT


Entering data is very intuitive. The employee simply needs to select the task, enter the hours worked and click "Save".



The software allows for four levels of classification for hours spent:

  • Client
  • Project
  • Task
  • Activity

These levels can be defined as drop down menu options for ease of data entry and avoidance of errors. The software automatically runs validation checks based on predefined parameters to isolate any errors such as daily or weekly total hours. The period of submission - daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly can be defined by the user. Entries can be saved for review or editing during the submission period. For example, if the predefined period is weekly, they are submitted for approval at the end of every week by clicking on the submit button. Once submitted they cannot be changed unless rejected by the approving authority. The software allows for three levels of approving authorities.
